Refunds & Returns

To qualify for a return and refund:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
All security seals and tamper-evident packaging must be unbroken.
Products must be returned together with any complimentary items or gifts received with the order.
Bundled products must be returned as a complete set — partial returns of bundled orders will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs if items are returned in a condition that reduces their value.

Using the device on skin types, conditions, or body areas for which it is not intended or recommended.
